Join us in San Francisco for the second Systems Biology for Infectious Diseases Workshop. In this workshop we will cover the application of systems biology approaches to infectious disease research, introducing participants to network biology, multi-omics integration, and computational modeling through case studies of influenza, coronaviruses, and antimicrobial resistance. The core technical focus will be on computational network analysis of host-pathogen interactions, teaching participants to map and analyze molecular interplay between pathogens and hosts to identify critical intervention points. The translational component will demonstrate how these systems-level insights drive practical applications in drug discovery, vaccine development, and biomarker identification, with emphasis on integrating computational findings with clinical and epidemiological data to accelerate real-world impact in combating infectious diseases.
Registration for the 2026 Workshop is now closed.
