Hasnaa has 7+ years of post-MSc research experience at institutions including the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation, Emory University, and LGR-UCSF. She has extensive experience in human iPSC biology and CRISPR-based genome engineering, with expertise in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology. 

At the READY Center, she will develop iPSC models and CRISPR workflows for scalable disease modeling, with a focus on organoids, functional genomics, and high-throughput platforms to advance disease understanding and therapeutic discovery.
