Ying is an accomplished R&D and operations leader with over 15 years of experience scaling CRISPR and iPSC-based platforms across academia, startups, and biotech. She brings deep scientific expertise in genome engineering and a proven track record of building the "industrial-scale" automated pipelines that are central to the READY Center’s mission.

At the READY Center, she will focus on integrating high-throughput automation systems with advanced functional genomics to accelerate our work in complex disease biology, including our neuropsychiatric initiatives.
